Company Description Desert Falcon Football Club is a professional football club based in Dubai, UAE, with a strong focus on coaching and youth development. The club aims to become the leading provider of player development in the region by offering a structured pathway from grassroots to senior levels. Its academy currently serves players aged 4–16 across all ability groups, creating an inclusive environment for aspiring footballers. Desert Falcon FC plans to expand its age range and build senior teams, offering growth opportunities for both players and staff in a dynamic, ambitious setting.The candidate will be responsible for supporting the club’s day-to-day IT operations and creating digital and media content for Desert Falcon FC.Key Responsibilities1. IT AdministrationSupport computers, laptops, mobile devices and printers.Install and update software and applications.Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet and network issues.Support Microsoft 365, email accounts and cloud-based systems.Assist staff and coaches with technical issues.Manage user accounts and access where required.Support cybersecurity, VPN and remote-access requirements.Coordinate with external IT providers when required.2. Social Media ManagementManage the club’s daily social media content.Prepare and publish posts, Stories and Reels.Create content for the First Team, Academy and National Youth League.Cover matches, training, trials, signings, camps, events and club announcements.Prepare captions and social media calendars.Maintain the club’s branding and professional online image.Monitor engagement and content performance.3. Photography & VideographyPhotograph and record matches, training sessions, players, coaches, events and other club activities.Produce player portraits, team photos and promotional content.Create short videos, interviews, Reels and promotional clips.Edit photographs and videos for social media and other platforms.Organize and maintain the club’s photo and video library.Ensure important media files are properly backed up.4. Content CreationCreate social media graphics and promotional materials.Prepare matchday, player signing, trial and Academy content.Assist with digital announcements and presentations.Resize and prepare content for different platforms.Ensure all content follows the club’s visual identity and branding.General RequirementsGood knowledge of IT systems, Microsoft 365 and basic networking.Experience with social media platforms and content creation.Basic photography and videography skills.Knowledge of photo and video editing software.Good organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and support different departments.Flexibility to work during matches, events and weekends when required.HOW TO APPLYIf you are passionate about developing the next generation of football talent in the UAE and believe you meet the criteria above, we would love to hear from you.
