IT & NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE SPECIALIST

Livrichy Real Estate is scaling fast — and the systems behind our sales floor need to scale with it. We’re looking for a hands-on IT specialist who can keep our network, Wi-Fi, and phone systems running without a hiccup, so our agents can focus on closing deals instead of chasing a dropped call.⚡ This isn’t a helpdesk-ticket role. You’ll own the physical and technical backbone of a high-activity sales office — routers, switches, access points, VoIP extensions, cabling, and everything in between — and you’ll be trusted to make decisions, not just follow instructions.🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL OWNDesign, install, and maintain the office LAN and Wi-Fi network across all working areas, including segmentation for staff, guests, and sales-floor devices. Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls, and keep documentation of the network layout current.Run and support the office IP telephony / VoIP system — extensions, call routing, voicemail, and integration with CRM or call-center tools where applicable.Maintain structured cabling, patch panels, and the telecom room to a clean, auditable standard.Diagnose and resolve network and telephony issues quickly — uptime on a sales floor is revenue, not just convenience.Coordinate with ISPs, telecom providers, and equipment vendors on installs, upgrades, and support tickets.Support office expansions and new desk/workstation setups as the team grows toward 60+ agents.🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 3+ years of hands-on experience in network and telecom infrastructure — not certifications alone.Proven experience with routers, switches, structured cabling, and enterprise Wi-Fi.Solid working knowledge of IP telephony / VoIP systems and call routing.Comfortable troubleshooting under pressure in a live, client-facing office environment.Prior experience in a call center, sales office, or high-call-volume environment is a strong advantage.Clear, calm communicator — you’ll be explaining technical issues to non-technical colleagues daily.📩 HOW TO APPLYSend your CV, along with a short note on the most complex network or telecom setup you’ve built end-to-end, to:📧 hr@livrichy.com#Hiring #ITJobs #NetworkInfrastructure #NetworkEngineer #ITSpecialist #VoIP #Telecom #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #DubaiCareers #LivrichyRealEstate
