At Styli, we aim to revolutionize fashion retail andbring unique experiences to our customers.Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Support & Network SupportEngineer to join our IT team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for end-usertechnology needs and the hands-on owner of our office IT and network infrastructure.This role blends day-to-day user support with infrastructure and network deviceadministration, Google Workspace (GWS) management, and the resolution of a broadrange of IT service requests. You will keep our people productive, our office connected,and our systems secure and reliable.What You'll Do:End-User Support & Service Desk• Act as the first point of contact for end-user IT queries — triaging,troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and service requests across hardware,software, and connectivity.• Provide desktop, laptop, and peripheral support across Windows and MacOS,including setup, imaging, configuration, and ongoing troubleshooting.• Manage the IT ticketing queue — log, prioritise, track, and close requests withinagreed SLAs, with clear and timely user communication.• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding — device provisioning, accountcreation, access setup, and clean deprovisioning.• Create and maintain knowledge-base articles, FAQs, and how-to guides toenable self-service and reduce repeat tickets.Office IT Infrastructure• Own and maintain the office IT environment — workstations, printers, conferenceroom AV, and shared peripherals — ensuring high availability.• Manage and monitor on-premise infrastructure such as local servers, NAS, UPS,and endpoint management tooling.• Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory — tracking hardware, software licenses,and lifecycle from procurement to retirement.• Ensure endpoint security and compliance — patching, antivirus/EDR, diskencryption, and device management (MDM).• Coordinate meeting-room and collaboration technology (video conferencing,displays, and audio) for a seamless workplace experience.Network & Network Device Support• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices — routers, switches,firewalls, and wireless access points (Wi-Fi).• Monitor LAN/WAN, VLANs, and internet links, proactively identifying andresolving connectivity, latency, and bandwidth issues.• Support and troubleshoot VPN access and secure remote connectivity for staff.• Liaise with ISPs and network vendors to manage circuits, escalations, andoutages, ensuring minimal downtime.• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration backups for allcritical devices.Google Workspace (GWS) Administration• Administer Google Workspace — user and group management, organizationalunits, email routing, and shared drives.• Configure and enforce security and access policies — 2-Step Verification, SSO,mobile device management, and DLP rules.• Manage licensing, provisioning, and deprovisioning of GWS accounts in linewith the joiner-mover-leaver process.• Support Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, and other GWS apps, troubleshootingissues and optimizing configurations for the business.• Monitor the Admin Console, audit logs, and security alerts to maintaincompliance and respond to incidents.IT Service Requests & Continuous Improvement• Fulfil a broad range of IT service requests — access provisioning, softwareinstallation, license assignment, and account changes.• Identify recurring issues and drive automation and process improvements toreduce manual effort and toil.• Support IT policy adherence, security awareness, and best practices across theoffice.• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware repairs,replacements, and procurement.IT Procurement, Assets & Spend Management• Own IT procurement end to end — gathering requirements, sourcing quotes,raising purchase requests, and coordinating with vendors and the finance team forapprovals and delivery.• Maintain comprehensive IT asset management — track hardware and softwareassets across their full lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, andretirement/disposal) with accurate records.• Administer tools and application access management — provision, modify, andrevoke access to business tools and SaaS platforms in line with role-based accessand the joiner-mover-leaver process.• Manage software license usage — monitor allocation and consumption, reclaimunused licenses, ensure compliance, and right-size subscriptions to avoid waste.• Track and optimise IT spend — maintain visibility of recurring costs and renewals,identify savings opportunities, and support budgeting and cost-reporting for ITservices and subscriptions.• Maintain vendor and contract records — renewal dates, SLAs, and points ofcontact — to ensure timely renewals and continuity of service.Required Skills• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in IT support, network support, or a similarend-user and infrastructure support role.• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS, common businessapplications, and hardware/peripheral issues.• Solid working knowledge of networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall basics.• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting network devices (routers,switches, access points, firewalls).• Proven experience administering Google Workspace (GWS) via the AdminConsole — user, group, and security management.• Familiarity with IT ticketing/service desk tools and ITSM practices (incident,request, and asset management).• Experience with endpoint management, MDM, and basic endpoint security(antivirus/EDR, patching, encryption).• Experience with IT procurement, asset management, and softwarelicense/subscription management, including access provisioning acrossbusiness tools.• Strong customer-service orientation, clear communication, and the ability toexplain technical topics to non-technical users.• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environmentwith minimal supervision.Good to Have• Relevant certifications: CompTIA A+ / Network+, CCNA, Google WorkspaceAdministrator, or Microsoft 365 certifications.• Exposure to cloud and SaaS administration beyond GWS (e.g., Okta, Microsoft365, Slack, Zoom).• Familiarity with MDM/UEM platforms (Jamf, Intune) and identity providers(SSO/SAML).•
