Job Title: IT & Venue Helpdesk SpecialistDuration: September 2026 – January 2027Location: Khobar, Saudi ArabiaWe are hiring ITCC & Venue Helpdesk Specialists to support a major sporting event in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a world-class sporting event and contribute to the delivery of seamless technology operations across competition and non-competition venues.The successful candidate will provide frontline IT support, assist with incident management, and ensure the smooth operation of event technology systems throughout the tournament.ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level IT support to venue users and operational teams.Monitor and support IT systems and services during event operations.Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM tools.Escalate technical issues to relevant support teams when required.Support the deployment, configuration, and testing of IT equipment.Coordinate with venue operations, vendors, and technical teams.Participate in venue readiness activities, rehearsals, and operational testing.Support IT equipment deployment and configuration across venues.Ensure systems are fully prepared prior to operational go live.Qualifications3–5 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Operations.Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and end-user support.Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.Experience supporting sporting events, stadiums, or large-scale events is an advantage.ITIL certification is a plus.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile sporting event in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and help ensure smooth IT operations across multiple venues and disciplines.
