IT and Softwares Systems Police

Company: Sebastian & Wölf Real EstateLocation: JVC, DubaiEmployment: Full-time, office-basedAbout the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on IT and systems administrator to take ownership of the platforms used across Sebastian & Wölf.You will ensure that our software is properly configured, secure, consistently used by the team and helping the company generate and manage business effectively.Our platforms include:Bayut, REM CRM, WATI, Meta, Adobe, ChatGPT, Property Monitor and Zoho.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and optimise REM CRM.Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, data quality and team CRM usage.Manage users, permissions, licences and access across all company platforms.Track platform usage, costs, leads and commercial results.Manage Bayut, WATI, Meta and CRM integrations and workflows.Set up company emails, laptops and software for new employees.Handle employee onboarding and offboarding across all systems.Manage domains, email accounts, passwords and basic IT security.Implement MFA, access controls and company IT procedures.Train employees and enforce correct platform usage.Identify unused licences, duplicated software and unnecessary costs.Produce a simple monthly platform-performance report.Coordinate technical support with software providers when required.RequirementsMinimum two years of experience in IT support, CRM administration or business systems.Hands-on experience administering a CRM.Experience managing user accounts, permissions and software licences.Experience setting up laptops, company emails and new employee access.Good understanding of domains, email systems, MFA and basic cybersecurity.Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.Able to create reports, procedures and simple training guides.Highly organised, analytical and comfortable enforcing company standards.Strong spoken and written English.Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred.Experience with Bayut, REM CRM, WATI, Meta, Zoho or Property Monitor is an advantage.Please apply with your CV and a short explanation of one CRM, platform or IT process you personally improved in a previous role.
