storytelling and immersive installations.Website Link : https://magnanimous.com/Role Intent:We are looking for an IT professional to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support across our Media, Creative, and Experiential Events teams.The role will involve supporting employees with hardware, software, network, and access-related issues, while also managing our creative software subscriptions, licenses, renewals, and user access.Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support & OperationsProvide day-to-day IT support to employees across the organisation.Troubleshoot issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, Wi-Fi, internet, email, and other IT systems.Manage onboarding and offboarding IT requirements, including device allocation, email IDs, software access, and account setup.Maintain records of company laptops, devices, accessories, and other IT assets.Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers for hardware, networking, and technical issues.Ensure timely resolution of employee IT queries and provide regular updates on open issues.Software & Subscription ManagementManage and monitor company-wide software subscriptions, licenses, renewals, and user access.Handle creative and productivity tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Freepik, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and other software used by the teams.Add/remove users, manage licenses, monitor utilisation, and ensure the right access is provided to employees.Track subscription renewal dates, costs, invoices, and payment requirements.Coordinate with software vendors for upgrades, billing issues, technical support, and account-related concerns.Identify opportunities to optimise software costs and avoid unused or duplicate licenses.IT Costing & MIS ManagementManage and track IT-related costs, expenses, software subscriptions, licenses, renewals, and vendor payments.Prepare and maintain IT MIS and costing sheets to track monthly/annual IT expenses and budgets.Maintain accurate records of software subscription costs, hardware purchases, maintenance expenses, and other IT-related costs.Monitor upcoming renewals and payments to ensure timely processing and avoid service interruptions.Analyse IT spending and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and better utilisation of resources.Prepare regular IT cost reports and MIS updates for management review.Coordinate with Finance and relevant vendors for invoices, payments, and IT-related costing requirements.Creative & Events Technology SupportProvide IT support to creative, production, media, and experiential event teams.Support teams with software and technology requirements for presentations, design, content creation, and event execution.Assist with technical setup and troubleshooting during events, meetings, presentations, and production requirements when needed.Coordinate with event/production vendors for technology-related requirements.IT Administration & SecurityMaintain proper documentation of IT assets, software licenses, subscriptions, and user access.Assist with basic IT security practices, access controls, backups, and data protection.Ensure timely deactivation of accounts and access for employees leaving the organisation.Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.Requirements2–5 years of experience in IT support, IT administration, or a similar role.Experience supporting creative/media agencies, event companies, production houses, or fast-paced organisations is preferred.Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, troubleshooting, operating systems, and Google Workspace.Hands-on experience managing Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Freepik, ChatGPT, and similar SaaS/software subscriptions.Experience with license management, subscription renewals, user access, billing, and vendor coordination.Good understanding of IT asset management and employee onboarding/offboarding.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to handle multiple IT requests and prioritise issues effectively.Good to HaveExperience supporting events and on-ground production requirements.Familiarity with creative software and tools used by designers, video editors, content teams, and social media teams.Experience managing multiple SaaS subscriptions and software vendors.Basic understanding of IT security and
