Position Title: IT Applications & Governance LeadEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: depending on experience and qualifications plus competitive family benefitsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: The UAE's premier hospitality management organization, overseeing some of the region's most iconic golf clubs and lifestyle destinationsJob Description: Manage end-to-end application projects, including requirements gathering, RFP preparation, solution design, UAT, implementation, go-live, and transition to support, ensuring successful digital transformation initiatives.Coordinate with software vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers to ensure quality delivery, SLA compliance, effective release management, and optimal application performance.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and internal IT teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.Establish and maintain IT governance standards by supporting audits, monitoring compliance, managing IT risks, overseeing change management, and tracking IT performance.Support enterprise applications, system integrations, APIs, data flows, testing, documentation, and continuous enhancements to ensure alignment with the organization's digital transformation roadmap.Qualifications:Minimum 6–10 years of experience managing enterprise IT applications and delivering end-to-end implementation projects within large or multi-site organizations.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; familiarity with Azure/AWS, SQL, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Agile/Waterfall/ITIL methodologies.
