🚨 We're Hiring: IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) Manager | Noida, UPClairgies Tech is building a dedicated ITAD line of business alongside our existing e-waste and recycling operations — and we're looking for someone to own it end-to-end.If you know the ITAD/electronics-recycling space inside out — sourcing retired IT assets from corporate clients, grading, data destruction compliance, and maximizing resale value through brokers, refurbishers, and OEM take-back programs — this is a chance to build a new revenue vertical from the ground up, backed by our existing logistics, facility, and compliance infrastructure.🔧 What you'll own: • Building a pipeline of enterprise clients for IT asset pickup & disposition • Managing the full asset lifecycle — intake, grading, resale, refurbishment, recycling • Vendor RFPs, secondary market pricing, and margin optimization • Reporting recovery rate, revenue/ton, and compliance KPIs to leadership✅ What we're looking for: • 5+ years in ITAD, electronics recycling, or IT asset/secondary market procurement • An existing network of corporate clients, buyers, brokers, or refurbishers • Strong grasp of hardware grading, resale channels, and commodity pricing • Sharp negotiation skills on both the client and vendor side📍 Location: Noida, UP (HQ) 📅 Experience: 5+ Years 🎓 Education: Bachelor's / MBAInterested?
