WHAT YOU'LL DOBraze is seeking an Information Technology Associate to join our team to provide technical assistance to our employees. This role will involve fulfilling requests at our service desk. Common support requests include provisioning/de-provisioning of accounts and hardware. Support macOS and iOS hardware and printer configuration/troubleshooting. We also expect this position to be able to support basic network connectivity at our office, conduct audits of conference room equipment and ordering and maintaining an inventory of IT assets. This position will require being in the office 5 days per week (with occasional travel to other office locations).

Responsibilities

Provide IT technical support to employees in-person and remotelyTroubleshoot hardware and software issues, supporting our Mac endpoint deploymentProvide In-office AV support managing conference room equipment and supporting live eventsWhile you are working a standard work shift, you will be supporting other remote offices in different time zones during your shiftSupport account provisioning and de-provisioning via Okta and Google WorkspaceSupporting new employee onboarding sessionsWrite knowledge base how-to articles to support and educate employeesManage our deployed computers, and mobile devices via Kandji and Google MDMManage the procurement of IT hardware and softwareBasic troubleshooting of wired and wireless networksWHO YOU ARE3-5 years of providing technical supportA self-starter ability to multitask, prioritize issues based on severity and work independentlyMaintains high attention to detail and follows a task to completionApproach users' issues with empathyAbility to communicate clearly with users directly via email, chat, and video conferencingDemonstrate excellent writing skillsAbility to troubleshoot and administer Apple computers and mobile devicesBasic understanding of wired and wireless networksExperience with Google Meet and Zoom device configuration and troubleshootingFor candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $75,000 and $80,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $83,000 and $88,000/year (including bonus or commission).
