As part of KPMG's IT Audit team, you will help organizations build confidence in their technology environments by assessing the systems, processes, and controls that support critical business operations. Your work will directly influence stakeholders ranging from audit committees and C-suite executives to regulators and investors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Internal Auditing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines are preferred. However, candidates with relevant skills, experience, and a strong interest in IT Audit are encouraged to apply. Professional certifications such as CPA, CISA, CIA, or equivalent qualifications are advantageous. Technical & Professional Skills Basic understanding of information technology, business processes, internal controls, risk management, or audit concepts gained through academic studies, internships, or relevant work experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics) or other enterprise applications is an advantage but not required. Familiarity with data analytics, reporting, or automation tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Python, Alteryx) is a plus. Demonstrates curiosity and openness to using emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and enhance work delivery. Key Responsibilities Assist in the execution of IT audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. Perform testing of IT general controls, business process controls, and data-related procedures under the supervision of senior team members. Document testing procedures in accordance with established methodologies and quality standards. Work collaboratively with engagement teams to deliver high-quality client service and meet project objectives. Develop technical knowledge in technology risk, and emerging technologies through on-the-job learning. Collaborate with local teams while contributing innovative ideas that support continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives. Comfortable working across hybrid project environments, including client-site engagements and adjusting schedules as needed to meet project objectives.
