The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate businesse needs into scalable, secure, and high-value AI solutions while ensuring successful project execution, governance and adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives using Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI Foundry, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgetManage project plans, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple AI initiativesCoordinate internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders during the project lifecycleMonitor project progress and provide regular reporting to managementEnsure compliance with Security, Data Privacy and risk managementSupport the evaluation and selection of AI technologies, platforms and vendorsTechnical Requirements3+ years of experience delivering AI agent or chatbot development, preferably with Copilot Studio or similar platformsGood nowledge of: Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse)Microsoft AI Foundry / Azure AI / Azure OpenAIStrong understanding of: Modern AI architectures (LLMs, agent-based systems, multi-agent orchestration)Prompt engineering and generative AI integrationREST APIs and system integrationsExperience defining solution architectures and integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms Working knowledge of Python, C#, JavaScript to facilitate technical discussions with development team and architectsFunctional SkillsStrong analytical skills and ability to identify automation opportunitiesAbility to translate business needs into effective digital solutionsProblem-solving mindset and ability to work in complex environmentsExcellent communication, strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in enterprise generative AI projects, with Agile, Scrum Knowledge of AI governance, security, and data protection (DLP)Microsoft Certification Azure, AI, Power PlatformSeniority Level5+ years of experience in project, program or solution management roles within AI initiatives or digital transformation Ability to lead complex AI programs and coordinate multidisciplinary teamsExperience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectationsEligibilityDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific field Excellent analytical and communication skills Strong adaptability, proactivity, and teamwork mindset Collaborative attitude with a strong passion for innovation Good command of the English languageWe offer a safe and inclusive environment where colleagues are encouraged to think outside the box.
