The IT Business Analyst acts as the link between business teams and technology teams. This role is responsible for understanding business needs, documenting requirements, improving processes, and supporting the delivery of IT solutions that align with organizational goals.Appreciate if you could send your CVs to careers@belhopat.com immediately so that you dont miss out this greate opportunity.ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify technology-based solutions.Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for IT teams.Map current and future-state business processes.Support system implementation, testing, and user acceptance testing.Coordinate with developers, project managers, vendors, and business users.Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.Prepare reports, workflows, user stories, business cases, and project documentation.Support change management, training, and post-implementation reviews.Monitor project progress and help ensure solutions meet agreed requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or similar role.Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and software development lifecycles.Experience gathering requirements and preparing functional documentation.Good knowledge of project management and business analysis tools.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with ERP, CRM, data, or enterprise systems is an advantage.Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile, or Scrum are a plus.
