IT Business Analyst – Oracle ERP Transformation

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support a digital transformation projects.The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to analyze business processes, document requirements, and ensure that the Oracle Fusion solution aligns with business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Conduct workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to understand current processes and future requirements.Analyze existing Oracle EBS business processes and identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and transformation requirements.Support business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and requirements traceability.Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams as applicable.Coordinate with Oracle Fusion functional and technical teams to validate proposed solutions.Support test planning, test case preparation, UAT execution, defect tracking, and business sign-off.Assist with data migration validation, change management, and end-user training activities.Track requirements, dependencies, issues, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in ERP implementation or transformation projects.Experience with Oracle ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.Strong knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process documentation.Experience working with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical delivery teams.Familiarity with ERP testing, UAT, data migration, and implementation methodologies.Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.CBAP, PMI-PBA, or relevant business analysis certification is an advantage.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to share their CV through LinkedIn or via email: hr@techvisions.com.sa, mentioning IT Business Analyst – Oracle ERP Transformation in the subject line.
