Job Description – IT Capacity ManagerDepartment: IT Strategy & Architecture Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-time | On-siteJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced IT Capacity Manager to manage and optimize IT capacity across workforce, infrastructure, software licenses, cloud services, and Managed Services. The role will focus on capacity planning, forecasting, demand validation, utilization, and resource optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage IT capacity planning, baselines, forecasting, and utilization.Assess demand vs. available capacity and identify resource gaps, dependencies, and constraints.Develop short-, medium-, and long-term capacity forecasts for projects and operations.Monitor and optimize workforce, infrastructure, cloud, software licenses, and Managed Services.Manage software license entitlements, consumption, and compliance.Lead quarterly capacity reviews and re-planning.Prepare capacity reports, dashboards, and management recommendations.Consolidate data from IT teams, CMDB, internal systems, and service providers.Coordinate with IT, Finance, Procurement, HR, and external service providers.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of relevant experience in IT Capacity Management, Capacity Planning, Technology Operations, IT Asset Management, Infrastructure Governance, Resource Planning, or Managed Services.Strong experience in capacity forecasting, utilization analysis, demand & capacity management, and scenario planning.Experience with at least one capacity area: IT infrastructure, workforce/resource planning, cloud, software licensing, or Managed Services.Experience with software license entitlement, utilization, and compliance management.Fluent Arabic and English – Mandatory.Essential SkillsIT Capacity Planning & ForecastingDemand & Capacity ManagementResource & Workforce PlanningInfrastructure & Cloud Capacity ManagementIT Asset & Software License ManagementCapacity Utilization & Performance AnalysisData Analysis & Scenario ModellingIT Governance & ITIL principlesStakeholder & Vendor ManagementStrong Excel and reporting skillsAnalytical, structured, and data-driven approachPreferred SkillsServiceNow ITAM / SPM, CMDB, or similar platforms.Power BI or comparable reporting tools.Knowledge/certification in ITIL Capacity & Performance Management.Experience in banking, financial services, regulated environments, or complex multi-vendor/Managed Services environments.ServiceNow, ITAM, Cloud, or IT Governance certifications are an advantage.Apply NowInterested candidates can share their updated CV at athul.das@linnk.com
