You are an IT-focused problem solver who enjoys helping people and understands the importance of dependable systems in a busy healthcare environment. You will bring: · Practical experience in IT support, a service desk or application support. · Sound knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, remote access tools and basic networking. · A methodical approach to troubleshooting and the ability to learn unfamiliar software. · Strong attention to detail and the discipline to complete recurring tasks accurately. · Clear communication skills and patience when supporting people with different levels of technical confidence. · The ability to balance scheduled work with incoming support requests and recognise when specialist assistance is needed. · Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent practical experience. Experience with medical software, diagnostic reporting platforms, imaging systems or connected medical devices will be highly regarded. Skills in workflow automation, Excel or basic scripting would also be an advantage.
