1、IT Support & Operations: Provide comprehensive IT support for overseas subsidiaries. This includes managing daily IT requests, user training and guidance, maintaining core system data, and delivering desktop/end-user support services.2、System Administration & Data Analysis: Oversee the daily operation and continuous improvement of business application systems. Conduct data governance, generate BI reports and dashboards, ensure system stability, and provide actionable data insights to support business decisions.3、Information Security: Assist in developing and implementing information security policies for overseas entities. Manage system access controls and permissions, and support the execution of security strategies to ensure system and data security, compliance, and prevent breaches.Qualifications:1、 Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.2、 Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT application system implementation. Prior experience with CRM projects is a strong plus.3、 Proficient in Windows and Linux system administration, including desktop management.Familiar with mainstream cloud platforms and common IT systems used in international settings.Working knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, .Net, Python).Experience in managing and operating mainstream databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).4、 Excellent comprehension, learning agility, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure.Here is a short introduction to our company.
