IT Co-op (3-Month Program)

Are you eager to gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations, system governance, and enterprise cloud integrations? Our IT team is looking for a driven Enterprise IT & Systems Operations Co-op to join us for a 3-month opportunity!In this role, you’ll work alongside senior IT leaders to build our enterprise application registry, support core CRM/ERP integration workstreams across Odoo and Salesforce, and gain deep exposure to IT governance and data security standards.What You’ll Be Doing:SaaS & Application Governance: Build and maintain a centralized registry of enterprise platforms, tracking license owners, renewal dates, and access models.Systems Integration Support: Document business requirements, design test cases, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce and Odoo automation releases.Data Quality & Reconciliation: Reconcile master data between core systems, cleanup duplicate records, and maintain data integrity.IT Operations & Knowledge Management: Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles to streamline IT service desk tickets.Tools You’ll Work With:Enterprise Systems: Odoo ERP, Salesforce CRM, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Productivity & Automation: Google Workspace, Advanced Excel, basic Python / Google Apps Script (On-the-job training provided in weeks 1 & 2!)Requirements:Current University Student requiring a 3-month co-op in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.Minimum GPA: 3.0/4.0 or 3.75/5.0.Why Join Us?
