We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an IT Delivery Lead & Site Deployment Manager to lead the successful deployment and delivery of technology solutions on client sites. The role acts as the key link between commercial, product/technology and client teams, ensuring projects are delivered to agreed requirements, KPIs and timelines.
Location: UAE or KSAType: Full-timeStart date: ASAPSalary: Up to 20,000 AED/SAR per monthKey ResponsibilitiesLead project delivery, deployment planning and on-site execution from mobilisation through completion.Develop project schedules, deployment plans, workflows and site-specific processes.Ensure delivery against commercial commitments, client requirements, KPIs and agreed outcomes.Act as the key link between Sales/Commercial, Product/Technology and client teams.Lead and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs), ensuring successful deployment and supporting conversion into longer-term commercial opportunities.Work closely with the technology team to identify and communicate required product, dashboard or system improvements.Analyse project data and KPIs and translate results into clear insights for clients.Prepare deployment plans, reports, presentations and project results, presenting them to clients and key stakeholders.Build strong relationships with client teams and maintain regular engagement with site personnel and workers.Design practical on-site workflows covering worker onboarding, kiosk/wearable locations, instructions, data capture and user flow.Identify delivery risks and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.Champion continuous improvement following each deployment and communicate lessons learned to the wider business.RequirementsExperience in project delivery, site deployment, operations or technology implementation, ideally within construction, engineering or large-scale projects.Strong understanding of working environments and on-site operational processes.Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working with data, KPIs, dashboards and reporting.Strong project management, organisation and problem-solving skills.Ability to work between commercial, technical and operational teams.Willingness to travel and work on client sites across the UAE and KSA.Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
