IT Delivery Manager - Real Estate

We are looking for an IT Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects for our client in Dubai. This role requires strong IT project delivery experience, PMO expertise, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.Experience delivering CRM implementations, working with international stakeholders, and managing client-facing projects will be an advantage.This role is on a 12-month contract basis that is highly renewable in the organization and reports to the Portfolio Delivery Manager in the Technology department.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects from initiation through to implementation, user adoption, and post-go-live support.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and project deliverables.Deliver technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation objectives.Manage multiple cross-functional projects while ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and agreed timelines.Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, executive leadership, and external vendors.Manage third-party implementation partners and ensure contractual deliverables are achieved.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams.Drive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning while working across Agile and Waterfall environments.Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation plans and escalating where required.Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.Lead change management activities including UAT, end-user training, communication planning, and user adoption.Ensure project governance, documentation, quality standards, and change control processes are maintained.Provide regular project status updates, risk reports, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned to improve delivery processes.Support CRM implementation projects and enterprise system integrations where applicable.Knowledge, skills & experience:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years of experience delivering large-scale IT projects.Mandatory PMP or PRINCE2 certification.Strong experience managing end-to-end IT delivery across software, infrastructure, enterprise systems, or digital transformation projects.Experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Strong PMO and project governance experience.Experience managing budgets, project risks, vendors, and cross-functional teams.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or Asana.Experience delivering CRM implementations (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or similar) is highly preferred.Experience with API integrations, enterprise applications, ERP, ITSM platforms, data migration, or data governance is advantageous.Consulting or professional services experience delivering projects for external clients is preferred.Exposure to AI-enabled technologies, intelligent automation, or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.Experience within the real estate or leasing sector is preferred.International and client-facing project delivery experience is desirable.Availability: Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer.We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in United Arab Emirates.
