Job DescriptionIT Department ManagerJob PurposeEnsure the reliable and secure operation of the company’s IT infrastructure and lead digital transformation and process automation in alignment with the company’s strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop the annual IT plan and budget to support the digital transformation objectives outlined in the company’s strategy.Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, devices, email services, and user accounts.Implement cybersecurity policies, backup procedures, and access controls.Oversee the company’s systems and their integration, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS).Lead projects involving new system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.Manage technology vendor contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Provide technical support to employees and track support tickets through resolution and closure.Develop and periodically test IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.Preferred certifications: ITIL, CompTIA Security+ or CISSP, and a project management certification.Proficiency in Arabic and English.Skills and CompetenciesIT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, systems integration, project management, vendor management, and problem-solving.The deadline for submitting resumes is 29/10/2026.
