Desktop System AdministratorOpen to recent grads — we'll train the right person!We're hiring a Desktop System Administrator to be the go-to person for hands-on IT support — keeping our end users, hardware, and systems running smoothly every day.What You'll DoProvide second-level troubleshooting for hardware and software issuesInstall, configure, and support laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and video conferencing equipmentImage and deploy machines using SCCM/Symantec GhostSupport specialized engineering software (AutoCAD, UG, CATIA, Solidworks, etc.)Set up new equipment, network print queues, and user workstationsTroubleshoot and patch corporate software applicationsTrack and resolve issues through our ticketing systemManage IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors and other IT teamsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of IT/computer support experience — or a degree in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems (new grads welcome to apply!)Familiarity with Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Active DirectoryHelpdesk/ticketing system experience a plusStrong communication skills — comfortable supporting all levels of end users, including executivesA problem-solver who takes ownership and documents things wellWhy You'll Like It HereRoom to grow — training provided for the right candidateWork across a variety of hardware, software, and specialized engineering toolsBe part of a collaborative IT team supporting the whole business
