The role focuses on resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues that cannot be handled remotely by the service desk, ensuring a smooth and productive end-user experience.Responsibilities：Provide on-site Level 2 deskside support for end users, including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripheralsDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and professional mannerPerform IMACD activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, De-install) for end-user devicesSupport OS installation, reimaging, encryption, driver installation, and application deploymentHandle incident and service request tickets via the ITSM/ticketing system and provide regular status updates to usersEscalate unresolved or complex issues to L3 teams or specialized support groups when requiredSupport user onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and access readinessMaintain and contribute to the knowledge base, documenting recurring issues, workarounds, and solutionsCoordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repair, replacement, and warranty casesEnsure compliance with SLA, security, and IT policies during support deliveryTechnical Skill:Strong knowledge of: Windows OS (Windows 10/11), Office productivity tools, Desktop/laptop hardware and peripheralsHands-on experience with: Device imaging and deployment tools (e.g., SCCM / endpoint tools) and Active Directory basics (join domain, user/group support)Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM processesGood troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to work independently in an on-site support environmentWHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
