Job SummaryWe are looking for a IT Developer / Support to manage and enhance our ERP systems, with primary focus on Odoo. This role also supports AutoCount and SQL Accounting Software to ensure smooth daily operations across departments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize Odoo ERP modules based on business needsTroubleshoot and resolve system issues for Odoo, AutoCount, and SQL Accounting SoftwareSupport accounting, payroll, and e-invoicing functionsInstall, configure, and maintain system modules and updatesProvide user support, training, and system guidanceAssist in report generation and data managementWork closely with internal teams to improve system workflowsCoordinate with vendors when necessaryRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field3–6 years of relevant experience in ERP systems implementation, customization, or supportHands-on experience with Odoo is highly preferredExperience with AutoCount and SQL Accounting SoftwareKnowledge of e-invoicing processes and accounting workflows is an added advantageBasic to intermediate knowledge of Python programming and web application development is an advantageStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and user issues effectivelyGood communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWorking Location: Metro Prima Kepong, KL
