IT Director

The IT Director will oversee overall IT management, including infrastructure, applications, and services, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. This role includes defining and executing IT strategy, supervising IT operations, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals. The IT Director will lead the implementation of network security practices, manage vendors and technology partners, and coach IT team members. The position also involves budgeting for IT resources, assessing emerging technologies, and establishing policies and standards to support efficient and secure operations.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in IT Management and IT Operations to oversee day-to-day technology functions and support services.Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Information Technology foundations to manage infrastructure, applications, and systems effectively.Candidates should possess expertise in Network Security to design, implement, and monitor secure networks and protect organizational data.Candidates should possess experience in IT Strategy to align technology plans with business objectives and lead digital transformation initiatives.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL) are an advantage.Proven experience in an IT leadership role, preferably in complex or multi-site environments.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
