From end-user support and device management to collaboration tools and connectivity solutions, we work closely with employees and site management to ensure seamless IT operations, enabling teams to perform at their best in a fast-paced environment.Your RoleAs an IT Engineer, you willDelivers immediate and proactive assistance for all IT-related issues (devices, connectivity, applications), minimizing downtime for site users.Manages laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration tools to ensure they are always optimized, updated, and ready for use.Ensures seamless functioning of video conferencing, presentations, and meeting room technology, avoiding delays during critical meetings.Provides secure and reliable access to systems for site staff working across offices and remote site locations.Maintains strict handling of company data with appropriate security controls and discretion, reducing risk of data breaches.Identifies and resolves potential issues before they impact site operations, ensuring uninterrupted workflow.Supplements the Service Desk team by handling escalated tickets, contributing to the general queue during peak periods, and supporting colleagues across IT operations.Acts as a trusted, approachable point of contact for site staff and management, demonstrating professionalism and the ability to communicate technical matters in non-technical terms.Undertake any other reasonable duties and/or responsibilities as required by management, to meet the needs of the business.What We’re Looking ForSkills and CompetenciesProficiency in troubleshooting IT software and hardware issues across end-user and infrastructure environments.Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.Confident and professional demeanor when engaging with site management, staff, and project stakeholders.Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Intune, and modern workplace technologies.Hands-on experience with meeting room AV systems, video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom), and presentation technology.Ability to work independently, priorities competing demands, and exercise sound judgement under pressure.Experience providing IT support on construction or project sites.Managing and maintaining IOS and Android devicesBasic understanding of networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi and LAN troubleshooting).ITIL V4 CertifiedQualifications & ExperienceDegree in appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience and/or3+ years in an end-user support or IT operations roleExperience with Microsoft 365 and modern device management.What We OfferThe chance to contribute to some of UAE most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to make a real impact through reliable IT support and innovative technology solutions?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.
