IT Engineer

About the RoleWe are looking for an IT Engineer to manage IT systems, user accounts, technical support, backup/recovery, and basic infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesProvide desktop and IT technical support to users.Manage systems, user accounts, access, and IT assets.Perform backup and recovery activities.Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.Support basic networking and infrastructure requirements.Assist with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with vendors when required. QualificationsB.E./B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc./MCA in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field. Required SkillsExperience as a Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer / IT Engineer.Knowledge of cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Basic understanding of networking fundamentals.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good written and verbal communication. Preferred SkillsWindows/Linux administration.LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting.IT helpdesk/ticketing tools.Basic cybersecurity knowledge.
