Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, modify, and perform minor repairs on computer hardware and software systems.Resolve technical support tickets and troubleshoot hardware, software, and process-related issues.Test computer components to maintain system functionality and performance.Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure.Consult with users to identify appropriate hardware and software requirements and assist with purchasing requests.Evaluate technical applications and recommend solutions to improve system capabilities.Test new software and programs for compatibility with existing systems and hardware.Gather and analyze technical purchasing options and assist in vendor evaluation.Test new programs against established standards and specifications and make necessary modifications.Evaluate vendor-supplied software based on user requirements and compatibility with existing systems.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of experience.Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to learn new technologies and work effectively in a team.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
