The faculty member will deliver lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in Information Technology and related subjects, ensuring that course content is current and relevant. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, developing instructional materials, assessing student performance through assignments and examinations, and providing academic guidance and mentoring. The role involves contributing to curriculum development, integrating real-world IT applications into teaching, and promoting cybersecurity and digital literacy awareness among students. The IT Faculty will also participate in departmental meetings, academic initiatives, and institutional activities that support student engagement and program improvement.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong knowledge and teaching capability in Information Technology and Computer Science.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate student performance, interpret data, and solve complex technical problems.Candidates should possess expertise in Curriculum Development to design, update, and improve IT course content and learning outcomes.Candidates should possess practical understanding of Cybersecurity principles and practices to incorporate secure computing concepts into teaching.Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Prior teaching or training experience in an academic or professional setting, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.Strong communication and classroom management skills, with a student-centered approach to learning.Ability to collaborate with colleagues, engage in continuous professional development, and adapt to evolving educational technologies.
