IT Governance and Business Process Section Head

Main Purpose of Job Lead the development and implementation of the organization's IT Governance Framework while driving business process management initiatives to strengthen governance, ensure compliance, and support continuous process improvement across the organization.QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related fieldPreferred CertificationsCOBIT Foundation or COBIT Design & ImplementationITIL Foundation or ITIL Managing ProfessionalPMP or PRINCE2 certificationRequired Experience3 to 7 years of experience in IT Governance, Business Process Management, or Digital TransformationExperience in enterprise process improvement and governance frameworksExperience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, or similar platformsStrong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, particularly COBIT and ITILProven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and transformation initiativesMust be a Saudi National (mandatory by law)
