Governance & Procedures Supervisor | Reef GroupPosition Title: Governance & Procedures Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Governance & Procedures Supervisor to oversee the organization and development of governance practices and business procedures within the Digital Transformation Department.

The role will focus on documenting and updating policies and procedures, standardizing workflows and templates, monitoring compliance with approved controls and standards, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the documentation and continuous updating of policies, procedures, and business process templates within the Digital Transformation Department.Review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, and increased efficiency.Monitor the implementation of governance mechanisms across digital projects, initiatives, and daily operations.Develop and update procedure manuals, workflows, and standardized templates in coordination with relevant teams.Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, authorities, and approval processes across digital transformation activities and projects.Monitor compliance with approved procedures and raise observations and recommendations to the direct manager.Coordinate with project teams, digital products, systems, technical support, and information security teams to ensure procedures are aligned with business requirements.Support the development of authority matrices, approval processes, and escalation paths.Review requests, reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up records to ensure consistency and quality of outputs.Prepare periodic reports covering compliance levels, observations, improvement opportunities, and corrective actions.Follow up on approved corrective and improvement actions and ensure timely closure.Support digital project governance by monitoring required documentation, meeting minutes, risk registers, and change requests.Coordinate with other departments on shared processes and activities related to digital transformation.Monitor internal regulatory and organizational requirements that may impact digital transformation procedures.Support the development of a governance and compliance culture through awareness and guidance.Maintain and organize policies, procedures, templates, and governance records for easy reference.Support the direct manager in developing KPIs to measure compliance and process efficiency.Other ResponsibilitiesPerform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager or their delegate within the scope of the role.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience3–5 years of relevant experience in governance, procedures, process improvement, digital transformation, or a related field.Experience in developing and documenting policies, procedures, workflows, and process documentation.Experience working with technology or digital transformation teams is preferred.Required CompetenciesGood understanding of governance principles, process documentation, and business process improvement.Ability to develop policies, procedures, workflows, templates, and process guidelines.Strong analytical, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams, business functions, and stakeholders.Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.Ability to monitor compliance and follow up on corrective actions.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Training AreasDigital Transformation Governance and Operational Procedures.Business Process Documentation and Improvement.Quality Management and Continuous Improvement.Project Management, Risk Management, and Change Requests.Compliance Reporting and KPI Development.LanguagesArabicEnglishKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Percentage of policies and procedures updated and documented according to the approved plan.Compliance rate with approved procedures and standardized templates.Percentage of observations and corrective actions closed within the agreed timeline.Quality level of procedure manuals, workflows, and standardized templates.Satisfaction level of Digital Transformation teams with the clarity of procedures and governance support.When You Join UsWhen you join Reef Group, you will be part of a growing team focused on strengthening governance and improving processes within the Digital Transformation Department.
