Job Title: IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Officer

Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaExperience: 5+ YearsJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced IT GRC Officer with strong hands-on experience in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance, particularly within the banking/financial-services sector.

The ideal candidate should have experience with IT Governance Frameworks (ITGF), SAMA regulations, ISO standards, risk management, and audit.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development, implementation, and restructuring of IT Governance Frameworks (ITGF).Develop and maintain governance policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.Conduct risk assessments, gap analysis, control testing, and compliance reviews.Maintain risk registers, KRIs, mitigation plans, and audit action trackers.Ensure alignment with SAMA regulations, ISO 27001/ISO 22301, and banking requirements.Support internal and external audits and track remediation actions through closure.Conduct third-party/vendor risk and compliance assessments.Prepare GRC reports, dashboards, and management presentations.Collaborate with IT, Risk, GRC, Operations, business stakeholders, and auditors.Requirements5+ years of experience in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).Strong experience in Banking / Financial Services, preferably in Saudi Arabia.Hands-on experience in IT Governance Framework (ITGF) development or restructuring.Strong knowledge of SAMA regulations and banking compliance requirements.Good knowledge of ISO 27001 / ISO 22301.Experience with risk registers, KRIs, control testing, audits, and remediation tracking.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.CISA, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001 certification preferred.Fluent English: Arabic is an advantage.If you are interested share your profile to athul.das@linnk.com
