IT Head – Operations, Security & Service Management

We are looking for an experienced IT leader to drive enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, security, service management and managed services governance across a large-scale hybrid technology environment for one of our client.Key Responsibilities:• Lead enterprise IT operations across infrastructure, cloud, service management, security, and application operations.• Own hybrid infrastructure environments including on-premise and cloud platforms.• Drive ITIL-based service delivery, incident, problem, change, and release management processes.• Govern managed service providers, vendor performance, SLAs, and operational excellence initiatives.• Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational resilience programs.• Establish and strengthen cybersecurity operations and compliance frameworks.• Drive DevOps adoption, CI/CD practices, automation, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives.• Oversee application operations, SDLC governance, release management, and development demand management.• Manage operational budgets, licensing, vendor contracts, and technology investments.• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align IT services with business priorities.Must-Have Technical Skills:Large-scale IT Infrastructure ManagementHybrid Cloud Platforms (Azure preferred)IT Service Management (ITIL)Cybersecurity Operations & ComplianceDevOps, CI/CD and AutomationDisaster Recovery & Business ContinuityVendor, Managed Services & SLA GovernanceApplication Operations & SDLC GovernanceBudget and Financial ManagementEnterprise IT Strategy and LeadershipExperience Required:• 10–15 years of experience in IT Operations and Infrastructure Management.• Minimum 5–7 years in a senior IT leadership role.• Proven experience managing enterprise hybrid environments and managed services ecosystems.• Exposure to enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, and security operations.Preferred Certifications:ITIL, PMP, CISSP, TOGAF, Cloud Architecture Certifications.If you have led large-scale IT operations and thrive in complex enterprise environments, we'd love to hear from you.
