Role Description The Director role at Oi Agioi Anargyroi is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Venice Metropolitan Area. The Director oversees daily operations of the diagnostic center, ensuring efficient workflow across all medical and administrative departments and adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating patient services, optimizing scheduling and resource allocation, and maintaining high-quality diagnostic output. The Director also leads strategic planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring, while fostering a culture of patient-centered care, safety, and continuous improvement. Collaboration with medical leadership, external partners, and regulatory bodies is essential to support the center’s growth and reputation.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, conflict resolution, and performance development.Experience in healthcare operations or clinical administration, with familiarity in diagnostic or outpatient settings.Strong organizational and planning abilities, including workflow optimization, resource management, and process improvement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with medical professionals, staff members, patients, and external stakeholders.Proficiency in basic financial and budget management, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, patient safety principles, and relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Medicine, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.Fluency in English; additional language skills and familiarity with local healthcare systems are beneficial.Ability to work on-site full time, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving clinical and operational needs.
