IT Help Desk – Tamheer

We’re Hiring | Tamheer – IT Help DeskWe are looking for a Tamheer Trainee – IT Help Desk to join our team in Riyadh and support day-to-day IT operations and end-user technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to employees.Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and system issues.Support user access, password resets, and account-related requests.Assist with laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.Log and follow up on IT support tickets.Escalate complex technical issues to the concerned IT team.Support new joiners with basic IT setup and access requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Fresh graduate and eligible for Tamheer.Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, hardware, and troubleshooting.Good communication and customer service skills.Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
