IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst

Are you a skilled IT professional with a passion for infrastructure, networking, and technology operations? We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst to join our growing team and play a critical role in ensuring the availability, security, and performance of our enterprise IT environment.In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our infrastructure landscape across on-premises and cloud environments, while helping drive technology improvements, security compliance, and operational excellence.As our IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst, you will:Lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, cloud, and on-premises environments.Support and maintain core application hosting services and enterprise connectivity.Manage infrastructure operations, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backups, networking, firewalls, telephony, internet services, Wi-Fi, and disaster recovery solutions.Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal service delivery.Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, outages, and performance bottlenecks.Ensure infrastructure platforms remain secure, supported, and up to date through regular maintenance and upgrades.Maintain architecture documentation, asset inventories, configurations, and technical records.Identify infrastructure risks and vulnerabilities and implement appropriate mitigation measures.Support IT projects and initiatives by providing technical expertise and infrastructure solutions.Ensure infrastructure and technology solutions align with ISO 27001 standards and organizational security requirements.Produce regular reports and maintain accurate infrastructure and network architecture diagrams.What We're Looking ForQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.Relevant industry certifications such as MCSE, VMware, or equivalent.Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).Technical ExpertiseStrong hands-on experience with:Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Windows Server, and Domain Management.Microsoft 365 and Office 365 administration.Azure AD and cloud-based services.VMware virtualization technologies.Cisco networking solutions.Firewalls, VPNs, IPSEC technologies, and network security.Data center operations and enterprise infrastructure environments.Storage, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring solutions.IP Telephony, MPLS, Internet VPN, and connectivity services.Information security controls and best practices.Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent troubleshooting and technical diagnostic skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service delivery.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Collaborative team player with a flexible and solution-oriented attitude.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Networking roles.Experience working within enterprise-scale IT environments.Strong understanding of cloud services and hybrid infrastructure models.Proven experience supporting critical business systems and infrastructure operations.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work with enterprise-grade technologies and modern cloud solutions.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects and strategic IT initiatives.Career growth and professional development opportunities.
