You are the person our colleagues across Europe, North America, and Australia rely on when they need their systems to just work - from day-to-day support to the infrastructure behind the scenes.This role exists to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our IT environments while delivering high-quality technical support to internal users. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to resolve issues, maintain systems, and support ongoing IT initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment where your impact is felt across the whole group.What you will do:Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devicesManage and maintain IT infrastructure - servers, networks, virtual environments, and client operating systemsSupport cloud services and server virtualization technologies, and monitor system performance to proactively address issuesProvide help desk and technical support for end users, particularly for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Windows environments, VPN access, user administration, and printing systemsDocument technical procedures and configurations, guide and train users, and ensure compliance with IT policies and security standardsYour ProfileWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT professional who combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach. You enjoy solving problems, and you can explain a technical concept just as easily to an engineer as to a first-time user.You bring:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructureExperience with Microsoft 365, servers, virtualization (VMs), and network configurations (VLANs)Knowledge of cloud services, network management, and Windows environmentsFamiliarity with help desk systems, remote support tools, and IT service management platforms, plus a solid understanding of IT security best practiceThe ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersFluent English with strong communication skills, and availability to travel around 25%Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Azure, Cisco) are an assetWhat We OfferYou will join a collaborative and technology-driven environment where innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement are highly valued.
