Job Title: IT Infrastructure ExecutiveClient Industry: Flour Milling & Food Manufacturing (FMCG)Employment Type: Full-time | PermanentExperience Required: 5–7 years in IT InfrastructureLocation: Ajman / Sharjah -UAE About the RoleWe are hiring on behalf of a leading player in the flour manufacturing sector in the UAE. They are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Executive to manage, secure, and optimize their enterprise IT environment. This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of servers, networks, cloud systems, and end-user computing across multiple sites.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy, maintain, and support IT infrastructure including Windows/Linux servers, storage, backup, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).Monitor system and network performance; proactively resolve incidents.Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewalls, and switches.Provide Level 2/3 infrastructure support to the internal helpdesk team.Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file/print services.Oversee backup, disaster recovery, patching, antivirus, and security hardening.Maintain infrastructure documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and service providers.Support IT audits, compliance, and onboarding/offboarding processes.Candidate RequirementsExperience: 5–7 years in IT Infrastructure (Systems + Network + Security + Support).Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.Technical Must-Haves:Windows Server, Active Directory, Group PolicyNetworking: TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewall conceptsVirtualization: VMware or Hyper‑VCloud: Microsoft Azure (familiarity required)Backup tools, monitoring tools, antivirus solutionsSoft Skills:Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindsetClear communication and coordination abilitiesComposed under pressure; incident management experienceCollaborative, adaptable, and eager to learnPreferred Certifications (Advantage)Microsoft Certified: Windows Server / Azure AdministratorCCNAKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)System & Network UptimeIncident & Problem ResolutionNetwork & Systems PerformanceChange, Patch & Maintenance ComplianceBackup, Recovery & Business ContinuitySecurity & Compliance AdherenceDocumentation & Knowledge ManagementVendor & Asset Management EfficiencyWhy This Role?Work with a well-established name in the UAE food manufacturing sector.Own critical infrastructure in a production-critical environment.Exposure to cloud, virtualization, and enterprise-grade networking.Opportunity for long-term career growth in a stable industry.
