Job Title: IT Instructor [ Emarati Talent ]Department: Information Technology / Computer ScienceReports To: Head of Department / Dean / Academic ManagerSalary: AED 20000-22000Responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical instruction in Information Technology, Computer Science, and related subjects at a higher education.

The role involves developing course materials, conducting lectures and laboratory sessions, assessing student performance, and supporting students in achieving their academic and professional goals. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and practical demonstrations in IT-related subjects.Prepare lesson plans, course outlines, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises in accordance with the approved curriculum.Practical Training: Guide students through hands-on activities involving programming, databases, networking, operating systems, cybersecurity, and relevant software applications, depending on the assigned courses.Prepare and grade assignments, quizzes, examinations, laboratory reports, and projects while maintaining accurate assessment records.Provide academic guidance, consultation hours, remedial support, and feedback to help students improve their performance.Maintain attendance records, grade sheets, course files, assessment documentation, and other required academic records.Research and Professional Development: Participate in relevant research, academic activities, workshops, and professional development programs as required by the college.Qualifications and ExperienceA bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline; a master's degree is often preferred or required, depending on the institution and role.Relevant teaching or training experience in higher education is preferred.Practical experience with relevant programming languages, software tools, IT infrastructure, or technical platforms.Familiarity with curriculum planning, student assessment, and modern teaching methodologies.Experience using learning management systems and digital teaching tools.Relevant industry certifications are an advantage.Ability to communicate effectively with students from diverse educational and cultural backgrounds.Effective teaching, presentation, and classroom management.Strong technical and practical IT knowledge.Note: This is an Emaratized role - Candidate must have a UAEpassport& a Familybook.Email CVs to Zeena@hirerightt.com
