Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish the IT department and define its policies, procedures, and roadmapBuild and manage infrastructure: networks, devices, servers, and cloud servicesAdminister business systems and applications and support their integrationImplement cybersecurity and data protection controls in line with CMA, NCA, and PDPL requirementsDevelop backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery plansManage user access, permissions, and accountsManage relationships with technology vendors and service providersProvide technical support to employeesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field4–6 years of experience in ITProven experience building or developing an IT environment independentlySolid understanding of cybersecurity and regulatory complianceHands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud environmentsExperience in financial services or a CMA-licensed entity is a plusProfessional certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Security+ are a plusFluency in Arabic and English
