OverviewAstro Offshore is seeking an IT Manager to lead the Company's IT strategy, oversee daily IT operations, drive digital transformation, strengthen cybersecurity, and manage the transition from outsourced IT services to an in-house function across corporate and offshore operations.The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, have 5+ years of IT leadership experience, and have strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, project management, and stakeholder management.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the Company's IT strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead the transition from outsourced IT services to an internal IT department. Manage relationships with external IT service providers, software vendors and technology partners, ensuring effective service delivery during the transition to an in-house IT function. Manage all day-to-day IT operations across corporate offices and offshore locations. Lead IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, digital transformation initiatives and infrastructure improvements. Develop and manage the annual IT budget, software licensing, hardware procurement and IT asset lifecycle. Monitor emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance. Ensure compliance with Company policies, regulatory requirements and industry best practices relating to information technology. Prepare reports and provide regular updates to senior management on IT performance, risks and strategic initiatives. Manage Microsoft 365, Adobe, MariApps, PAL, email systems and collaboration platforms. Support automation initiatives across all departments. Develop and maintain the Company's cybersecurity framework by implementing security controls, vulnerability management, endpoint protection and employee security awareness initiatives. Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance to support the Company's continued growth and digital transformation. Coordinate closely with the Vessel PMS team to support the implementation, setup, and ongoing maintenance of systems across the fleet Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.Minimum 5 years in an IT leadership or management role. Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity and business applications. Strategic planning, leadership, project management, problem-solving, vendor management, cybersecurity, communication and stakeholder management.Written & Spoken English, proficient in MS Office.
