IT Manager

Job PurposeOwn the day-to-day operation, stability, and security of the company's technology environment — spanning cloud infrastructure, enterprise network and security, systems and asset management, and the IT process framework that keeps delivery controlled and auditable. The role includes leading a small team of engineers and administrators.Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Infrastructure Operations Manage the availability, performance, and cost of cloud and hybrid environments. Own capacity planning, workload migration, infrastructure automation, backup, and disaster recovery against defined RTO/RPO targets.Network & Security Operate the enterprise network (LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, routing and switching) and the security stack — firewalls, endpoint protection, identity and access management, and vulnerability management. Support incident response and maintain compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.Systems Administration & Asset Control Administer server, virtualization, and storage infrastructure. Own the full IT asset lifecycle from procurement to secure decommissioning, maintain an accurate asset register, and run monitoring and alerting across infrastructure and services.Process Management Own change and release management end to end, including impact assessment, approvals, scheduling, and rollback planning. Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices with development teams. Run incident and problem management to root cause, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.Leadership Lead and develop the IT operations team, manage vendors and budget, and report on service performance, risks, and projects to senior management.RequirementsSaudis OnlyBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure, network, and systems operations, including team leadershipHands-on experience operating production cloud environmentsSolid grounding in enterprise networking and information securityPractical experience with ITIL-aligned process management
