Team members join a mission-driven environment that values innovation, user-centric design, and responsible financial solutions.Role Description The IT Manager will oversee the daily operation, security, and reliability of Flooss’s technology infrastructure in an on-site role based in Riyadh. This full-time position includes managing IT systems and networks, coordinating with vendors, handling hardware and software procurement, and ensuring timely maintenance and upgrades. The IT Manager will monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement best practices for data security and backup. The role also involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to support application deployment, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and leading small IT projects or initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience. The IT Manager will guide and support internal stakeholders with IT-related requests and contribute to building resilient, scalable technology foundations for the business.Qualifications Strong skills in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and cloud-based environments.Experience with information security practices, data protection, access control, and compliance with industry standards.Proficiency in system administration, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting across operating systems and business applications.Ability to manage IT projects, coordinate with vendors, and oversee hardware and software procurement and lifecycle.Effective communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.Proven experience in a similar IT management or senior IT support role, preferably in fintech or financial services.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
