Apply & track with Apply EdgeCompany: City Imaging & Clinical Labs LLPDesignation: IT ManagerIndustry: Healthcare / Diagnostic CentreExperience: 5–10 YearsLocation: Delhi NCREmployment Type: Full-Time𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 candidates 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐭: hr@cityxrayclinic.com 𝐎𝐑 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐭: 8800297571About City Imaging & Clinical Labs:City Imaging & Clinical Labs (CICL) is a growing healthcare and diagnostic organisation focused on delivering reliable, technology-driven and patient-centric diagnostic services, backed by the 33-year trusted legacy of City X-Ray.We are looking for a responsible, technically strong and proactive IT Manager who can take ownership of our complete IT infrastructure and ensure that technology remains reliable, secure and available across our diagnostic centres and corporate operations.Key Responsibilities:- Manage LIS, RIS, PACS, HIS/HMS, DICOM & HL7 systems.- Manage integration of CT, MRI, X-Ray, Ultrasound and Pathology Analysers.- Manage servers, databases, PACS, storage, computers and IT assets.- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, routers and internet connectivity.- Ensure high system uptime and quick resolution of IT issues.- Manage data backup, disaster recovery, cybersecurity and access control.- Manage Microsoft 365, email, cloud services, software and IT licenses.- Provide IT support across all centres and departments.- Coordinate with IT/software vendors and manage AMC, warranties and SLAs.- Support website, online booking, APIs, payment gateways and digital platforms.- Maintain IT assets, documentation and security policies.- Lead the IT team and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.Candidate Requirements:- B.Tech/B.E. (IT/CS), MCA, MSc IT, BCA, BSc IT or equivalent.- 5–10 years of IT experience, preferably in Healthcare / Hospital / Diagnostic Centre.- Strong knowledge of LIS/RIS/PACS, DICOM, networking, servers, databases and cybersecurity.- Strong troubleshooting, vendor management and communication skills.If you are a technology professional who believes in ownership, reliability and building secure IT systems that support critical healthcare operations, we would like to hear from you.
