If you thrive in a fast-paced, enterprise environment and are ready to lead from both the front and the back office, we want to hear from you.𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Dubai, UAEJob 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-time – Permanent 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲: Strictly Onsite𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀- Oversee IT infrastructure across Linux and Windows Server environments, including IIS and Apache web servers, network, and security components- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects aligned with business objectives and ITIL governance frameworks- Manage third-party vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements- Administer and support the Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders- Mentor IT team members, manage escalations, and serve as a key liaison between IT and business leadership𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀- 8+ years of progressive IT management experience with a strong balance of technical delivery and team leadership- Solid hands-on background in Linux, Windows Server, IIS, and Apache- Working knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language (Python, PHP, C#, or Java)- Practical ITIL-aligned service management and IT governance experience- Proven vendor management and Microsoft Dynamics ERP exposure in a corporate settingThis role is strictly onsite in Dubai.
