IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in The Mesa Bali, Bali. This is a full-time position that offers a strategic opportunity to lead and oversee our information technology operations and infrastructure. As IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in aligning our technology initiatives with business objectives, managing IT teams, and ensuring the security, reliability and efficiency of our systems. This position is integral to supporting the company's growth and digital transformation agenda.Key responsibilitiesOversee the planning, implementation and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure and networks to ensure optimal performance and securityLead, manage and mentor the IT team, including recruitment, training, performance management and professional developmentDevelop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and return on investmentEstablish and enforce IT policies, procedures and security protocols to protect company data and systemsManage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software and IT servicesIdentify technology needs and recommend solutions that support business growth and operational efficiencyMonitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and user experienceEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulations and data protection requirementsProvide strategic IT guidance to senior management and support business units in achieving their objectivesRespond to and resolve critical IT incidents and manage disaster recovery planningWhat we're looking forMinimum 2-3 years of experience in IT management or a similar senior technical leadership roleProven experience managing IT teams and demonstrating strong people management skillsStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems administration and cybersecurity best practicesExperience with IT budgeting, financial planning and vendor managementExcellent understanding of business processes and the ability to align technology with strategic business goalsProficiency in enterprise IT systems, cloud technologies and modern software solutionsStrong problem-solving abilities and experience managing complex technical projectsExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fieldDemonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with technology trends
