IT Manager - Entra Identity and InfrastructureDepartment: Information TechnologyReporting To: IT Senior ManagerLocation: Abu Dhabi - UAEJob SummaryThe IT Manager - Entra Identity and Infrastructure is responsible for leading and managing the organization’s IT access & infrastructure operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable systems across the enterprise. The role oversees identity and access management, Microsoft eco system administration, and cloud services. The IT Manager will lead the identity & infrastructure team, ensure service availability, enforce security best practices, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and IT service management standards. This role also ensures infrastructure operations align with enterprise governance, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure LeadershipLead and manage the IT identity & infrastructure team, ensuring efficient delivery of related services.Define operational procedures, standards, and best practices for infrastructure management.Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and services.Manage team workload, performance, and professional development.Identity & Access Management (IAM)Oversee identity lifecycle management including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role management.Implement and manage identity governance policies and access controls.Ensure secure authentication and authorization across enterprise systems.Manage SSO, SAML, Enterprise app registration and integrationPrivileged Access Management (PAM)Manage privileged access controls and monitor privileged accounts across critical systems.Implement and enforce least privilege principles and access monitoring policies.Work closely with security teams to mitigate insider threats and unauthorized access risks.Systems & Cloud Infrastructure ManagementManage enterprise systems including servers, virtualization platforms, and endpoint management solutions.Oversee endpoint and device management platforms including Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and other Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.Ensure secure configuration and lifecycle management of Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.Manage cloud infrastructure services including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.Ensure efficient resource utilization, scalability, and system performance.Service Management & SLA MonitoringMonitor infrastructure service performance and ensure compliance with internal SLAs.Manage incident response, problem resolution, and escalation procedures.Implement ITIL-aligned processes for infrastructure service delivery.Documentation & ReportingMaintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation including architecture diagrams, procedures, and system configurations.Generate operational and performance reports for IT leadership.Ensure proper documentation of changes, incidents, and system updates.Governance, Risk & ComplianceEnsure IT infrastructure operations comply with organizational policies, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory requirements.Support internal and external audits by maintaining appropriate infrastructure controls, documentation, auditable evidence aligning operations with ITIL ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27002, ISO 22301, applicable regulations, and internal policies.Ensure infrastructure services align with enterprise governance standards and security policies.Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to continuously improve infrastructure security posture.Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with internal departments to support business technology requirements.Coordinate infrastructure support for enterprise applications and services.Work with security, compliance, and operations teams to align IT infrastructure with organizational objectives.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.10+ years of proven experience in IT infrastructure management or system administration roles.Experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments including servers, virtualization, and cloud services.Proven experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 architecture and licensing management.Experience with endpoint management solutions including Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or other enterprise MDM platforms.Professional CertificationsRelevant professional certifications in cloud infrastructure, identity and access management, cybersecurity, or IT
