IT Manager – Infrastructure, Security & Operations

Huna AE is looking for an experienced and technically strong IT Manager to lead and strengthen the IT function across our supported business units.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and support services across retail and mall management operations. We are looking for a professional who combines IT leadership with strong technical knowledge and a hands-on approach to operational and critical IT matters.Please note: Applications from candidates who do not meet the mandatory Arabic-language requirement will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement IT strategy, policies, standards, and governance across supported business units.Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.Ensure high availability and performance of POS, ERP, retail front-end and back-office systems.Oversee ERP/POS integrations, troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.Manage IT requirements for Huna AE Hypermarket Lead cybersecurity governance, risk management, access controls, and security initiatives.Manage the IT team, workload allocation, performance, helpdesk operations, and escalation processes.Lead IT projects, system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives.Manage IT vendors, contracts, procurement, budgets, assets, and technology lifecycle planning.Ensure effective technical support and minimum system downtime, particularly during critical retail operating hours.Provide Management with regular reporting on IT performance, incidents, risks, projects, and improvement initiatives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.10–15 years of IT experience, including at least 5–8 years in an IT managerial or leadership position.Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery.Experience managing IT across multiple sites or business units.Experience with ERP/POS environments and system integrations.Retail, hypermarket, shopping mall, or other high-availability operational IT experience is highly advantageous.Strong vendor management, budgeting, project management, and IT governance capabilities.Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA Security+, PMP, or equivalent are preferred.Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability and willingness to remain technically hands-on when required, including supporting critical incidents and escalations.Fluency in Arabic is a mandatory requirement.Good command of English is required.Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to apply by submitting their updated CV.Please note: Applications from candidates who do not meet the mandatory Arabic-language requirement will not be considered.
