IT Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365Saudi Arabia | Full-time | On-siteEmployer: ConfidentialAn established business with multi-site operations is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead its Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and wider IT function.Reporting to the Group CFO, you will own the technology roadmap, lead internal and outsourced teams, manage technology budgets, and work directly with senior management. Your immediate priority will be delivering a successful ERP transition while maintaining reliable business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Dynamics 365 implementation, migration, integrations, go-live and stabilisation.Manage implementation partners, challenging designs, costs and delivery commitments.Oversee retail/POS and business-system integrations, data reconciliation and release controls.Lead infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, user support and business continuity.Strengthen IT governance, access controls, audit readiness and documentation.Manage IT teams, suppliers and budgets, communicating risks and recommendations clearly.Requirements10+ years of progressive IT experience, including team leadership and responsibility for business-critical systems.5+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP, including recent, substantial Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management experience.Leadership of at least one complete ERP implementation through go-live and stabilisation.Multi-entity ERP delivery and experience supporting retail/POS, inventory and supply-chain operations.Strong integration and vendor-manage
