Apply & track with Apply EdgeJoin a leading organization delivering one of the region's most ambitious industrial development projects.We are seeking a highly experienced IT Manager to lead the delivery, integration, and commissioning of critical IT, telecommunications, smart building, and infrastructure systems across a large-scale industrial facility. This role will serve as the bridge between engineering, utilities, construction, and digital technologies, ensuring a fully connected, operationally resilient, and future-ready environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology & Smart Building LeadershipLead the implementation of ICT infrastructure, telecom networks, structured cabling, data centers, server rooms, security systems, BMS, SCADA, and smart building technologies.Ensure digital infrastructure supports operational requirements, scalability, and future expansion.Drive integration between building systems, utilities, and enterprise technology platforms.Infrastructure & Utilities ManagementOversee the delivery and integration of power, water, telecommunications, sewer, stormwater, gas, and fire water infrastructure.Coordinate utility connections with authorities, service providers, and project stakeholders.Ensure infrastructure readiness for commissioning and operational handover.MEP & Systems IntegrationManage the integration of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and specialist systems.Resolve multidisciplinary engineering and construction interfaces.Ensure seamless coordination between MEP, IT, utilities, and operational requirements.Construction, Testing & CommissioningMonitor contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards.Lead testing, commissioning, integrated systems validation, and operational readiness activities.Review technical documentation, as-built records, O&M manuals, and handover deliverables.Governance & Stakeholder ManagementProvide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.Manage risks, engineering changes, quality assurance, and compliance requirements.Represent the organization in technical meetings with consultants, contractors, utility providers, and authorities.RequirementsMust-Have QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.Strong exposure to IT Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Smart Buildings, or Digital Technologies.Minimum 10 years of experience delivering complex industrial, manufacturing, data center, infrastructure, or high-tech facilities.Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.Excellent stakeholder and contractor management capabilities.PreferredMBA.PMP Certification.SCE Registration.Knowledge of NFPA standards.Experience with BMS, SCADA, Data Centers, Industrial Automation, and Smart Factory environments.Ideal BackgroundWe are particularly interested in professionals who have worked on:Advanced Manufacturing FacilitiesIndustrial Mega ProjectsAutomotive FacilitiesSmart BuildingsData CentersAirports, Ports, or Large Infrastructure ProgramsIndustrial Utilities & Critical Infrastructure Projects
