IT Networking & Security Manager

We’re Hiring | IT Networking & Security ManagerWe are looking for an experienced IT Networking & Security Manager to join our team and oversee IT infrastructure, network security, and cybersecurity operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology services.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, network security, and cybersecurity controls.Participate in designing and implementing secure on-premises and cloud infrastructure architectures.Ensure security requirements are integrated into IT projects and system implementations.Oversee the administration and effectiveness of IT security controls and solutions, including SIEM, PAM, NAC, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems.Manage technology risks, security findings, regulatory compliance, and remediation activities.Oversee disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resilience initiatives.Lead IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business requirements.Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to maintain operational efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.6–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and security, with strong expertise in network security and IT security controls.Strong knowledge of firewalls, IPS/IDS, WAF, network security, and enterprise IT infrastructure.Strong knowledge of IT security governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements, including SAMA, NCA, and PCI DSS.Experience with security solutions, cloud environments, and infrastructure operations.Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CCNP Security, or Security+ are an advantage.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
